Activities
Through education and events, IPBES in Denmark works to ensure that Danes are aware of the challenges we face as a society in protecting our biodiversity and ecosystems—including the ecosystem services nature provides us: purifying the air we breathe, pollinating the crops we eat, and providing energy to heat and cool our homes. Nature also offers people opportunities for recreation, experiences, and outdoor activities. To ensure these vital functions for the future, it is important that we take active steps to protect them.
